‘Geneo’ is the brand of School Net India Limited which unites all of the key players in the education ecosystem on a unified platform.
Students, teachers, and parents work together to achieve a common learning goal.
They offer curated learning content tailored to each school grade level, beginning with class 5 and progressing to class 10. All learning content in Geneo is chapter-mapped to the NCERT textbook, allowing students to follow the same curriculum as taught in school. They cater to the Indian Market through their app and website.

The Problem

They were struggling with stagnant sign-ups for their app for the past couple of months and wanted to reduce the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) which was INR 70 at the same time.

Besides this, they needed a digital marketing partner who could enhance their brand awareness on a PAN India scale and boost their overall sales.



The Solution

We implemented Search Engine Optimization (both on-page & off-page) for ‘Geneo’ and initiated performance marketing with an average budget of 4-5 lakhs a month. To cater to the target audience and increase engagement, we did both organic and paid social media marketing.


The Results

From July 2021 to February 2022, we were able to increase the overall number of signups by 10.4%. Also, we were able to reduce the CAC to INR 57 from INR 70. The overall customer engagement on social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) increased by 46% and 53.4%, respectively, from July 2021 to February 2022.
