IOTS (Institute of Occupational Training) is a subsidiary of GNKGEI (Guru Nanak Khalsa Group of Education Institutions). They fulfill young people’s overseas career dreams through their direct healthcare, engineering, & hospitality programs and apprenticeships.
It was founded by the visionary Chairman of Jamna Auto Ltd. and President of the Guru Nanak Khalsa Group of Educational Institutions, Yamunanagar, to provide occupational skills training and placement for professionals.

The Problem

Facebook ads were running in the early phases of IOTS’s projects, but the results weren’t satisfactory.

In addition to the poor quality of leads, the final conversion percentage was extremely low. Due to their non-financial viability, the ads had to be stopped.



The Solution

After deeply analyzing the accounts, audience, and various other parameters, we ran the ads again. We optimized the overall target niche and aligned it strictly with the campaign objective.

What was extensively missing in the previous scenario was that the ad attributes were not optimized for results nor the ad creative design were talking to the target audience.


The Results

The clarity in the ad copy was improvised along with other parameter optimizations, resulting in a reduced CAC of below 50 and maintaining a healthy lead count of 12–15 under a target budget allocation of 500 per day for healthcare. Subsequently, the same was done for other programs.
